You can’t think better than how you feel and if you are reliving the past, you are going to repeat it.

If you beat your body up when you pass by the mirror or are bombarded with the stress of an unfulfilling job or re-live in the trauma of a painful childhood, you will create the genetic response in your body that is synonymous with fulfilling and becoming that experience everyday.

Most people are waiting their whole life for something out there to take away their pain and emptiness on the inside.

If you think about your problems, failures, or mistakes in a way that puts you in a state of less than, then you are re-creating it over and over again.

You have to let go of the emotions of the past and connect to the future you. This is the deep Transformational Health/Life Coaching I do with my clients and the results are life changing.

Through my Transformational Coaching, my client’s body’s change to reflect the future as if it’s already happened.

They learn how to live in the vision and feel different without having to remember to be different. Together, we set up the conditions to do the critical deep work that unravel the limiting beliefs that release the safety of the known past and fall in love with the vision of the future.

Without the right system, support and accountability most people disconnect from the vision of their future, they go back to their past, they wonder why “it” hasn’t happened yet, why “it” doesn’t work. The unknown gets clouded with shields of lack of money, time or energy and although uncomfortable, staying stuck seems like a broken, old couch you can fall back on. Most people give themselves an “out” and take the “out”.

You can beat the programming you’ve been stuck in.
You can shift out of the safety of repeating your past.
You can move blindly and confidently into the mind, body and soul you want to become.

One of the first ways to get started is to meditate or journal.

Connect with your heart, slow your breathing down, access your autonomic system through your breath. Notice what shows up for you.
