These are my favorite products for the base of my incredible Superfood Smoothie Protein Shake that I crave everyday.

I especially love adding  “good fats” like Almond Butter and Avocado Oil, and the Pre-Biotic is a fantastic way to fertilize the good bacteria in our lower intestines which aids in digestion, bloat and weight loss. Total win!

The LivFit blend is fantastic for sneaking in all the nutrients for missing fruits and vegetables without the added sugars (crucial for diabetics or anyone watching their sugar intake).

Collagen powder has caused a huge reduction in joints popping and great benefits to my skin and hair.

Unrefined Non-GMO Avocado oil has a high level of oleic acid which combined with a healthy diet and exercise will help you lose weight. Its a natural source of magnesium and help to remove toxins from the body plus lowers the risk of heart disease and can lower high blood pressure as well.

The Organic Juice Cleanse is another way I sneak in extra antioxidants and the added benefit of Green Tea.

Sometimes I add spinach or berries or avocados!!

Additionally, I often throw in a dash of vanilla, almond extract or cinnamon. This is optional (depending on what you like!).

Christy Cater’s Superfood Smoothie Recipe:

In a blender mix…
1 TBS Almond Butter
2-3 TBS Avocado Oil
1 scoop of Promix Collagen Powder
1 scoop of Organic Juice Cleanse
2 scoops of LivFit Veggie Blend (may need to start with 1 Scoop and work up to 2, hello fiber!)
1 scoop of Pre-Biotic (great for your natural gut bacteria, again, start slow and build up to a whole scoop)
1 scoop of Vegan Protein Powder
2 – 2 1⁄2 cups of Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 TSP vanilla

*Can add ice cubes if you want it chilly!

Pour in a glass and enjoy!
